20% of our workforce is made up of apprentices and we are committed to nurturing emerging talent and helping them to gain the skills they need to thrive in the construction industry.
Because of this, we’d like to give them a huge shoutout to our apprentices for going above and beyond to help us deliver our projects on time and to the highest standard.
We’d particularly like to give a shout to our apprentice roofer Jamie Potts, who has been excelling lately and really has gone beyond his expectations which has been amazing for us to see. He is certainly in for a bright future at NERC!
