A new domestic project started up last week in Stocksfield at The Old Stables. The owners were experiencing ongoing leaks so needed a roof replacement.
We attempted to start this project a few months back, but we discovered some unexpected residents - bats! So the team took all the necessary precautions to strip the roof and in reverse from bottom to top due to the bats. But, after obtaining the required licences, we were finally granted the green light to strip the roof.
We're giving this home a fresh look with new slate tiles, complete with a brand new box gutter and T-pren expansions! Stay tuned for the incredible transformation!
