We’ve recently completed works on the Washington Old School development for Sunderland City Council and Brims Construction Ltd.
This remarkable project sees an old school building built in 1893 and closed in 1993, being restored to provide much-needed homes to vulnerable adults in Sunderland.
Ian Hogg comments: “Washington Old School stood empty for over 20 years so to be able to revitalise it and create a new space for people to live in the Washington area has been an incredibly humbling experience for our team. We’re proud to have assisted on this council led project with roof repairs and maintenance and know it will definitely have a positive impact on many lives within the North East.”
